Hello from Wilpena, yet again,
Today’s activities consisted solely of driving, predominantly on gravel roads, stopping occasionally to attempt to capture on film (silicon?) the scenery that envelops you. Yesterday’s trip was mostly within the Flinders Ranges National Park; today’s drive was mostly outside its boundaries. The scenery was even more varied than yesterday; you’d round a corner, or crest a rise, and there’d be something different to amaze you. Here are a few photos, to try and convey some idea of the variety of the landscape.
I covered about 240km today. I’m leaving here tomorrow morning, heading to Glendambo, on the Stuart Highway, via a somewhat circuitous route.
Cheers,
Julian
