G’day from Clare,

This morning I decided to head north from Mount Gambier, hoping to escape from the cold, wet and windy weather to something more conducive to top-down driving (if I seem obsessed with having the top down, that’s because I am!). I ended up in Clare, hedging my bets as to whether I head west to Whyalla, or east to Broken Hill. If it wasn’t raining during the trip, it was threatening to, so I didn’t achieve my goal. Unless things improve by tomorrow morning, I think I’ll head towards home, via Broken Hill. I should be able make it to Cobar, and will probably be home the next day.
